摘　　要：普通院校要向应用型院校转型,很多课程教学都需要进行改革.文章针对银行会计学当前教学中普遍存在的教材问题、师资问题、教学方法问题和考核问题进行了探讨,并且分析导致各种问题的原因,从而得出学校应该从怎样编写教材等方面提出了改革建议.Ordinary colleges and universities should transform to applicat ion-or iented colleges, and many cur riculums need to be reformed. The existed accounting problems in the teaching such as faculties, teaching methods and examinations are discussed and the causes of various problems are analyzed. Therefore, it suggests that the school should make some suggestions on how to compile the teaching materials and so on.
