摘 要:文章根据中国社会综合调查中心最新公布的数据,利用倾向得分匹配模型和Oaxaca-Blinder分解方法分析了生育二孩对我国不同地区已婚女性工资率的影响。研究发现,生育二孩对已婚女性的工资率有明显地负面影响,并且这种影响在不同地区有所差异。在东部地区,生育二孩导致女性工资率下降14.1%,在中部地区和西部地区,生育二孩对女性工资率的负向影响分别为8.61%和6.76%。除此之外,女性的个人禀赋特征、家庭特征及其配偶的特征在很大程度上能够解释这一生育选择对已婚女性带来的工资差距。Based on the latest published data of China Social Comprehensive Survey Center, this paperanalyzes the impact of having two children on the wage of married women in different regions in China byusing the tendency score matching model and Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition method. The study found thatfertility has a significant negative impact on the wage rate of married women, and this effect is different indifferent regions. In the eastern region, childbearing the second child led toa 14.1% drop in female wagerates. In the central and western regions, the negative impact of fertility on female wage rates was 8.61% and6.76%, respectively. In addition, the characteristics of women's personal endowments, family characteristicsand their spouses can explain toa large extent the wage gap for married women.
