摘　　要：社科文献摘要的英译质量在一定程度上影响了中国文化在世界上的传播。从翻译操作层面着手,基于翻译实践,从译者资格、翻译工具、关键词理解和句意理解几个方面,探究了社科文献摘要英译工作的译前准备。The quality of English abstracts of Chinese social science literature is a key factor influencingthe spread of Chinese culture in the world. From the operation aspect, based on translation practice, Requisitepreparation for translating abstracts of Chinese social science literature is explored in terms of the qualificationof translators, the preparation of translation tools, comprehension of key words and sentences and structureanalysis of sentences.
