摘　　要：开展绩效评价工作有利于加强湖北省科技计划项目管理,促进项目决策的程序化与科学化,提高资金使用效率,提升科技项目质量。介绍了湖北省科技型中小企业技术创新基金概况,通过对2015年度湖北省科技型中小企业技术创新基金项目进行绩效分析,提出了相关对策建议。The performance evaluation of Hubei science ＆ technology plan projects is conducive ning the management of science ＆ technology projects,promoting the project decision-making scieving the efficiency of capital use and the quality of projects. This paper introduces the innovation fund of small and medium-sized technological enterprises, analyzes the performance of the technology innovation fund in 2015,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
