摘　　要：通过社区老年急性肠梗阻1例总结老年性肠梗阻的特点、病因、诊断和治疗。同时分析本案例的原因并总结经验,对社区老年性肠梗阻做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,从而减轻患者的痛苦,减少不必要的手术治疗。To summarize the characteristics,etiology,diagnosis and treatment of the elderly with intestinal obstruction according to 1 case of the elderly patient with acute intestinal obstruction in community.At the same time,we analyzed the cause of this case and sumed up the experience,in order to make early detection,early diagnosis,and early treatment of the elderly intestinal obstruction in community,thereby reducing the patients' pain and unnecessary surgical treatment.
