校园安全体系构建的多维度分析——以河北旅游职业学院平安校园创建为例

摘　　要：河北旅游职业学院平安校园创建工作初见成效,多年来被评为承德市教育系统安全稳定工作先进单位、河北省文明单位,社会反响良好。依托省示范校建设和学院创新发展三年行动以来的平安校园创建实践,在创建工作的总结分析基础上,提出全方位校园安全体系构建,必须调整安全工作理念,努力改善安全工作的"生态环境";必须调整管理体制,将"安全责任"落到实处;必须调整运行机制,推进学校与地方的群防联控;要加强法制建设,充分发挥学生主体作用;要不断加强技防建设,提高校园数字化水平,共建安全文明和谐校园。The construction of the campus safety system in Hebei Tourism Vocational College has gained some achievements and good reviews in recent years. Hebei Tourism Vocational College has been awarded ＂Advanced Unit of Campus Safety and Stability Work in the Educational System in Chengde City＂ and ＂Civilized Unit of Hebei Province＂ recently thereby. The good campus safety systems were set up according to the provincial demonstration school construction three years ago. The key points of the systems were to improve the safety idea and environment, to strengthen the management system and responsibility and to regulate the work mechanism and cooperation. The import-ant pathways to construct the security systems were to reinforce the students＇ activeness and legal consciousness and to increase equipment and network informatiouization. Then the safe, civilized and harmonious campus could be built up in the near future.
