摘　　要：在高校思想政治理论课建设中,话语体系建设是关键。当代大学生的精神文化需求、话语认同与当前思想政治理论课话语体系滞后之间的内在矛盾,要求对思想政治理论课话语体系进行"供给侧"改革,通过转换话语内容、话语范式、话语表达等对思想政治理论课话语进行优化,对于增强思想政治教育有效性有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。In the construction of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, the construction of discourse system is the key element. The inherent contradiction between the spiritual and cultural needs of contemporary college students, the discourse recognition and the lag of the current ideological and political theory discourse system, requires the reform of the ＂supply side＂ in the discourse system of ideological and political theory. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education by converting the discourse content, discourse paradigm and discourse expression to optimize the discourse of ideological and political theory.
