摘　　要：借鉴美国、德国高校就业指导教育成熟的经验,提出高职院校应结合自身实际与区域经济发展状况,以实效为目的,构建发展型就业指导模式的新途径。This paper draws lessons from the mature experience of employment guidance in Universities in the United States, Japan and Germany, and Puts forward that vocational colleges should combine their own reality with regional economic development. It aims to find a new approach to construct an effective developing employment guidance model with the goal of whole personality, specialization, personali zation, informatization and reflection
