摘 要:本研究通过陈述句收集、项目分析、因子分析和可靠性分析,编制了大学生公共领导力量表。该量表由团队领导力和社会领导力两个维度构成,检验结果说明量表信效度良好。在此基础上面向北京高校大学生开展问卷调查,运用结构方程模型探讨了大学生公共领导力的影响因素及作用机制。研究结果显示:大学生的自我管理能力对公共领导力的两个维度(团队领导力和社会领导力)都有显著的正向影响;大学生人际关系处理能力在自我管理能力和团队领导力之间起到部分中介作用,在自我管理能力和社会领导力之间起到完全中介作用。研究结论对于加强高等教育工作者在大学生领导力教育过程中对于公共价值的关注,并通过影响因素和作用机制的深度挖掘,从领导力发展的角度设计符合大学生人生阶段特点的领导力教育项目具有重要的启示。This paper made the Colleges Students Public Leadership Scale by collecting declarative sentences, analyzing items, factors analysis and reliability factors analysis. The scale constitutes of two dimensions, teamwork leadership and society leadership, and the tests result 是 indicates good reliability and validity. The research conducted a questionnaire survey among college students in Beijing and explored contributory factors and the mechanism of college students' public leadership with Structural Equation Model. The result showed that self-management skills of college students' have a significantly positive effect on both team leadership and society leadership; interpersonal skills of college students mediate partly between the self-management skills and team leadership, and plays a full mediator role between the self-management skills and society leadership. The paper suggests that college teachers should pay close attention to the public value in leadership education and design leadership courses in line with stages of college students' development from the perspective of leadership development via make use of contributory factors and the mechanism.
