What Kind of Training Does the University Cadres Need——A Training Needs Survey of 197 University Leaders and 304 Young and Middle-Aged Cadres in Universities

摘　　要：通过对197位高校领导与304位高校中青年干部进行问卷调查、分组座谈和深度访谈,在了解高校领导干部提升政治理论素养、领导力、政策解读能力、国际化意识等培训需求的基础上,提出了培训目标、培训内容、培训方式、教员遴选、考核评价等方面的系列建议与对策。Based on questionnaire survey, group discussions and in-depth interviews of 197 university leaders and 304 young and middle-aged cadres of colleges and universities, it is found that the primary training needs of these leading cadres in universities include the enhancement of their political theoretical literacy, leadership skills, policy interpretation capability, internationalization consciousness, etc. In view of the training needs, this study puts forward a series of proposals and countermeasures regarding the training target, training content, training methods, faculty selection, training evaluation, and so on.
