益气活血方联合康复锻炼对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能、平衡力及日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血方联合康复锻炼对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能、平衡力及日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2016年12月期间医院收治的96例患者作为观察对象,将所有患者随机分为两组:观察组(益气活血方+康复锻炼)48例,对照组(康复锻炼)48例。治疗3个月后比较两组患者治疗后的运动能力(Fugl-Meyer评分)、平衡力评分(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)及日常生活能力(Barthel指数,BI)。比较两组患者死亡率及后遗症的发生率。结果:观察组Fugl-Meyer评分、BBS及BI高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者肢体功能障碍发生率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),死亡率、认知障碍、失语及吞咽功能障碍的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血方联合康复锻炼能够有效改善缺血性脑卒中患者的运动功能、平衡力及生活能力。Objective ： To study the influence of replenishing Qi and activating blood combined with rehabilitation exer- cise on motor function, balance and activity of daily living of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods： From January 2014 to December 2016, 96 patients were chosen as study objects, and all of them were divided into 2 groups： 48 in study group （replenishing Qi and activating blood ＋ rehabilitation exercise） and 48 in control group （rehabilitation exercise）. The Fugi - Meyer score, BBS, BI, death rate and rate of sequels were compared between two groups after 3 months treat- ment. Results ： The Fugl - Meyer score, BBS and BI in study group were higher than these in control group and the differ- ence demonstrated statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The rate of limb dysfunction demonstrated significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of death, cognitive impairment, aphasia and dysphagia demonstrated no signifi- cant difference between two groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Replenishing Qi and activating blood combined with rehabili- tation exercise could improve motor function, balance and activity of daily living of patients with ischemicstroke.
