魏子孝教授“六步辨证法”思想体系探析

摘　　要：魏子孝教授是我国国家级名老中医,在中医内科杂症、妇科疾病、内分泌代谢疾病的治疗方面有独到的学术思想和临床经验,魏教授所提出的"六步辨证法",为当代医学工作者提供了一个很好的诊疗模式范例。为了进一步探讨分析魏子孝教授"六步辨证法"思想体系,先从魏子孝教授的"病证"论入手,分别探讨了中医病名与西医病名的互补、西医病名与中医证候的互补的关系;再对魏子孝教授的"主症"论、"标本"论、"辨证"论、"基础方"论、"加减"论进行阐述,明确西医病名的疾病需要掌握好主次先后处置顺序及节奏,在将患者表现的症状和体征归纳为证候,并针对其证候特点制定选用经典传统方剂适当加减进行治疗;最后通过验案举例来进一步展现魏教授"六步辨证法"的思想精髓,证实该理论是一个较为完整的现代中医诊病思想体系,在实际应用中具有良好的治疗效果。Professor WEI Zixiao, Chinag national famous doctor, has academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine internal diseases, gynecological diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases. Professor WEI proposed six - step syndrome differentiation to provide a good example for contemporary medical treatment mode. In order to further discuss professor WEI Zixiao~ six - step syndrome differentiation ideology, the theory of the re- lationship between Western medicine and TCM disease name complementary, westem medicine and TCM syndrome,it ex- plained Professor WEI^dominating symptome theory, root -branch theory, syndrome differentiation theory, basic formu- lae and modification to clear western disease disease need to grasp the order and rhythm of symptoms and signsand sum- marize the syndrome characteristics and then choose the corresponding the traditional prescription. Finally through case examples,it further demonstrated Professor WEI＇s six - step syndrome differentiation thought essence and confirmed that the theory is a relatively complete modern TCM diagnosis system of thought in practice. It has good therapeutic effect.
