灵龟八法联合廉泉穴位注射治疗风痰阻络型中风假性球麻痹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察灵龟八法联合廉泉穴穴位注射治疗风痰阻络型假性球麻痹(PBP)的临床疗效。方法:将120例风痰阻络型PBP患者按照入院日期分成试验组与对照组,每组各60例,两组均予常规基础治疗,试验组在此基础上采用灵龟八法联合廉泉穴穴位注射法治疗,对照组则采用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂静脉注射治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗2个疗程后给予洼田饮水试验(WTDWT)、大西幸子言语功能状态分级评定。结果:治疗后,试验组WTDWT评分及大西幸子言语功能状态分级明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。且试验组总有效率高于对照组(93.33%/68.33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,试验组X/Y比值下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:灵龟八法联合廉泉穴位注射治疗风痰阻络型假性球麻痹疗效可靠,能有效改善患者的吞咽功能,值得临床推广和应用。Objective： To describe the clinical observations on the treatment of pseudobulbar paralysis of wind - phregm - blocked channel type by Linggui Bafa and Lianquan point injection. Methods： A total of 120 patients with pseudobulbar paralysisofwind - phregm - blocked channel type were divided into a test group and a control groupaccording to admission date, 60 cases in each. In addition to routine internal medicine treatment, the test groupreceived Linggui Bafa and Lianquanpoint injection. The control group receivedMonosialoglycans gangliosideintravenous infusion. An evalua- tion was made using Kubota＇s water drinking test and Onisi Sachiko speech function grading before and after two courses oftreatment. Results： After treatment, WTDWT score and Daxixingzi functional status were better in the test groupthan those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The rate of effective was higher in the test group than that of the control group （93.33%/68.33%）. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. After treatment, the X/Y ratio of the test group decreased more than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Linggui Bafa and Lian Quanpoint injectio- nis effective treatment of PBP ofwind - phregm - blocked channel type and can effectively improve the patients＇swallowing function, and so it is worthy of applying in clinical interventions.
