摘 要:目的:探讨3D打印技术在后腹腔镜下保留肾单位手术(nephron sparing surgery,NSS)治疗肾肿瘤中应用价值。方法:选取2014年2月~2016年3月我院收治的肾肿瘤患者66例,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组单用后腹腔镜下NSS治疗,观察组结合3D打印技术实施后腹腔镜下NSS治疗。对两组病理学检查、手术时间、肾蒂阻断时间、胃肠道恢复时间、住院时间等手术指标及术后并发症展开比较。随访两组术后复发情况。结果:两组手术病理学检查比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间、肾蒂阻断时间各为(96±4)min、(26±2)min,较对照组的(118±6)min、(30±2)min均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、胃肠道恢复时间等指标与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后均未复发。结论:3D打印技术在后腹腔镜下NSS治疗肾肿瘤中应用价值显著,可缩短手术时间、肾蒂阻断时间,减低手术风险,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the application value of three-dimensional(3 D)printing in retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery(NSS)for renal tumor.Method:From February 2014 to March 2016,66 patients with renal tumor in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table.Thirty-three cases in control group were purely treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic NSS,while 33 patients in observation group were treated with 3 Dprinting and retroperitoneal laparoscopic NSS.The pathological examination,surgery time,blockage time of renal pedicle,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,hospital stay and postoperative complications between two groups were compared.The postoperative recurrence of two groups were followed up.Result:There was no statistical difference in operative and pathological findings between two groups(P0.05).The surgery time,blockage time of renal pedicle of observation group were(96±4)min,(26±2)min,respectively,which were significantly less compared with(118±6)min,(30±2)min of control group(P〉0.05).However,there was no statistical difference(P〉0.05)in the intraoperative bleeding volume,recovery time of gastrointestinal function between two groups.Also,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between two groups(P0.05).There was no recurrence after surgery in two groups.Conclusion:Three-dimensional printing in retroperitoneal laparoscopic NSS for renal tumor has significant application value,it can shorten surgery time and blockage time of renal pedicle,reduce surgical risks,which is worthy of application.
