摘  要:机载机电综合管理系统是保证飞机正常飞行以及飞机各功能正常运行的安全关键系统。面向深度综合化情况下的机电综合管理系统,分析当前主流战斗机EAP,F-22,F-35的机电综合管理系统,提出了基于模型的机电综合管理系统架构建模与仿真方法,建立了机电综合管理系统的通用模型,形成了机电综合管理系统的建模与仿真流程,详细设计了基于状态机和真值表的监控算法及涵盖5种状态模型的余度管理算法。最后选取了某型商用飞机的机电综合管理系统进行建模与仿真,验证了所提建模方法的可行性、正确性和有效性。Airborne Integrated Electromechanical Management System (IEMS) is a safety critical system, ensuring the aircraft normal flight and the normal operation of each function of the plane. Analysis was made to the IEMS of the current fighter aircrafts, such as EAP, F-22 and F-35. A model based IEMS architecture modeling and simulation method was proposed, a common model of IEMS was established, thus the modeling and simulation process of IEMS was obtained. A monitoring algorithm based on state machine and truth table, and a redundancy management algorithm were designed based Simulink. Finally, the IEMS of a certain type commercial aircraft was used for modeling and simulation, which verified the feasibility, accuracy and effectiveness of the modeling method.
