摘 要:为了验证机油的黏度对发动机性能指标的影响,以国产某1.2 L排量增压发动机为例,使用较低黏度的美孚一号0W20 SN级代替原先使用的美孚一号5W30 SN级润滑油进行同一种状态的增压发动机性能对比台架试验。主要进行了净功率试验、机械损失试验、特征点油耗试验、万有特性试验等。结果发现:使用5W30机油的发动机动力性略优于使用0W20机油的发动机,经济性水平相当。因此,为发动机选用合适黏度的机油,能兼顾动力性和经济性。To test and verify the effect of oil viscosity on engine performance, engine tests were conducted on the 1.2 L supercharged engine. In the same state of test environment, compm-ison of engine performance between LV Mobill 0W20 SN and Mobill 5W30 SN was made through various tests, such as net horsepower test, mechanical loss test, characteristic point fuel consumption test and universal performance test. The result turns out that while the performance of engine using 5W30 oil is slightly superior than that of OW20 oil, they shale almost the same economy level. In conclusion, selecting engine oil with proper viscosity can balance economy and dynamic properly.
