摘 要:根据车载钻机快速进给液压系统设计要求,分析并确定了进给油缸相关参数。针对快速进给特点,分析了多路阀在不同工况下的控制压力与通油能力,验证了设计选型的合理性,并提出了快速进给液压系统设计思路,分析了其工作特点,为该型钻机的后续设计研究提供了理论依据,对同类型钻机设计具有一定借鉴意义。According to the rapid feed hydraulic system design requirements of truck-mounted rig,related parameters of advancing hydraulic cylinder were analyzed and determined. According to the characteristics of rapid feed,control pressure and capacity of multi-way steering valve under different working condition were analyzed,to verify the rationality of the design selection. The design solution of rapid feed hydraulic system was proposed and its working characteristics were analyzed. It provides theoretical references for subsequent design and research of this type of rig. This method has some reference value for the same type drilling rig design.
