摘  要:为了研究机床工作过程中液压数据的变化规律,设计液压检测与数据采集传输系统,实现了机床压力数据实时在线监控,并借助MATLAB绘制出液压曲线图,对数据进行处理、分析,方便对机床液压特性的研究。经实验验证:系统能够实现对液压值的实时检测传输,同时MATLAB能够很好地实现数据处理,具有一定的可行与实用性。In order to research the variation of hydraulic data in the working process of the machine tool,a system of hydraulic measurement and data acquisition was designed to realize the pressure machine data real-time on-line monitoring. The data were processed and analyzed,hydraulic graph was drawn with MATLAB which was convenient to study the hydraulic characteristics of the machine tool. The experimental results show that the system can realize the real-time measurement and transmission of hydraulic value,and MATLAB can be used to realize data processing perfectly. It has certain feasibility and practicality.
