摘  要:针对传统偏差耦合控制结构在多电机转速控制中起动过程同步误差较大以及转速同步补偿器模型较为繁琐的缺点,该文提出了一种改进偏差耦合结构,该结构引入了"虚拟电机"的概念,每台电机在起动过程中跟随虚拟电机的运行轨迹,从而有效减少了起动过程的同步误差。改进偏差耦合结构将各台电机的输出转速作用于"虚拟电机"上,各台电机之间不再有直接耦合作用,由"虚拟电机"对各台电机进行同步控制,从而简化转速同步补偿器模型。与传统结构相比,在保证系统在稳定运行过程中电机受到负载扰动同步性能不变时,改进结构还可以在一定程度上减少各台电机的跟踪误差。According to the large synchronization error in the starting period and the wide range of content in speed synchronous compensators of the traditional relative coupling control, this paper presented an improved relative coupling control structure for mufti-motor speed synchronization. The proposed structure introduces the concept of the "virtual motor", making each motor follow the path of the virtual motor in the starting period and reducing the synchronization error effectively at the same time. The improved relative coupling structure makes each motor's speed feedback apply to the "virtual motor", thus there is no direct coupling effect among each motor. Synchronous control of each motor is carried by the "virtual motor", which can simplify the speed synchronous compensator. Compared with the traditional structure, the improved structure can also reduce the tracking error of each motor to a certain extent and meanwhile keep the same synchronization under the same load disturbance in the steady state.
