摘 要:针对中式快餐连锁店在用餐高峰时间段因结算效率过低而导致人员拥挤、时间成本增加的情况,进行相应的研究分析,重点是在结算环节提出改进方案。以"7+7"中式快餐店为例,选择在就餐高峰时间段进行实地调研,将结算交互过程分为餐费计算、收款开票和提供餐具三部分,运用秒表测定、数据分析等方法进行研究,提出结算系统的界面交互设计改进方案。将中式快餐店中盛装菜品的容器和结算系统界面进行色块化设计,给快餐店提供了提高结算效率的改进方案。Aimed at the crowded people and the long waiting time during the peak dining hours because of the low settlement efficiency in Chinese fast food restaurant,we make relative researches and analyses,mainly focusing on proposing improvement plan in settlement. The peak period of lunch time in ‘7+7' Chinese fast food restaurant is chosen for researching. Interactive process is divided into three parts which are called bill calculating,payment and dinner service. Time measurement and data analysis are used in case study. An improvement plan of interface interactive design in settlement system is proposed. The colored concept is proposed in dishes and settlement system interface design,which can be use in improving settlement efficiency.
