p27蛋白及cyclin B1在慢性胃病及胃癌患者胃粘膜中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究p27蛋白及cyclin B1在慢性胃病及胃癌患者胃粘膜组织中的表达水平,探讨p27蛋白及cyclin B1的表达与胃癌演变的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测慢性非萎缩性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生、非典型增生及胃癌患者胃粘膜组织中p27与cyclin B1的表达水平,并进行临床分析。结果在慢性非萎缩性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生、非典型增生、胃癌的演变过程中,p27蛋白表达水平呈现逐级降低的变化规律,cyclin B1表达水平呈现逐级升高的变化规律,两者的变化呈负相关。结论 p27蛋白及cyclin B1在胃粘膜中的表达水平与慢性胃病、胃癌前病变、胃癌的发生发展有关,其在胃癌的演变过程中起着重要的作用。Objective To study the expression of p27 proteins and cyclin B1 in gastric mucosa in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric carcinoma,and their correlations with pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to investigate the expression levels of p27 and cyclin B1 in chronic non-atrophic gastritis,chronic atrophic gastritis,intestinal metaplasia,atypical hyperplasia and gastric carcinoma.Results From chronic non-atrophic gastritis to chronic atrophic gastritis,intestinal metaplasia,atypical hyperplasia and the final gastric carcinoma,the expression levels of p27 proteins decreased while cyclin B1 increased,showed a negative correlation.Conclusion The expression levels of p27 proteins and cyclin B1 are related to chronic gastritis,gastric lesion and gastric carcinoma,both take significant roles in the development of gastric carcinoma.
