复方红豆杉胶囊联合恩度应用于中晚期肺癌GP方案化疗中对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方红豆杉胶囊联合恩度应用于中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)GP方案化疗中对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择60例采用GP方案化疗的NSCLC患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予恩度进行治疗;观察组在对照组基础之上另给予复方红豆杉胶囊进行治疗。治疗后,评价2组疗效。治疗期间,密切观察2组患者不良反应。治疗前后,分别检测2组患者血清中CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、Ig G及Ig A水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的66.6%(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组各项不良反应的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Ig G、Ig A、CD3^+、CD4^+及CD8^+水平分别为(12.76±1.39)g/L、(2.86±0.27)g/L、(64.88±9.38)%、(45.63±6.46)%及(33.16±4.83)%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方红豆杉胶囊联合恩度可有效提高中晚期肺癌GP方案化疗的治疗效果,改善患者免疫功能,值得进行深入研究。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of compound Hongdoushan capsule combined with endostar on immune function of patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with GP chemotherapy.Methods 92 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the observation group（46 cases）and the control group（46 cases）.The control group was treated with endostar;the observation group was given compound Hongdoushan capsule on the basis of the control group.After the treatment,the efficacy of the 2 groups were observed.The occurrences of adverse reactions during the treatment were observed.Before and after treatment,the levels of CD3~＋,CD4~＋,CD8~＋,Ig G and Ig A in the 2 groups were detected.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%,which was significantly higher than 66.6%in the control group（P0.05）.The rates of adverse actions in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.After the treatment,the levels of Ig G,Ig A,CD3~＋,CD4~＋and CD8~＋were（12.76±1.39）g/L,（2.86±0.27）g/L,（64.88±9.38）%,（45.63±6.46）%and（33.16±4.83）%in the observation group,which were significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Compound Hongdoushan capsule combined with endostar for patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with GP chemotherapy can improve the clinical efficacy and promote the immune function of the patients,it is worthy of clinical study.
