复方斑蝥胶囊对恶性卵巢肿瘤术后化疗患者的疗效及机制分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方斑蝥胶囊对恶性卵巢肿瘤术后化疗患者的疗效及对血液流变学水平的影响。方法将恶性卵巢肿瘤患者90例随机分为对照组45例和观察组45例。对照组应用手术切除及术后常规化疗。观察组在对照组基础上予复方斑蝥胶囊,于化疗后1 d口服,3粒/次,2次/d,化疗结束后继续治疗1周。比较两组血清中雌二醇(E2)和促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平及不良反应。检测两组血液流变学水平。结果治疗后观察组患者血清中FSH水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患者的白细胞减少、肝肾功能损伤、胃肠道反应及神经毒性的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。化疗后1周,观察组患者的血浆黏度全及血高切、中切、低切黏度显著低于化疗结束时,且明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方斑蝥胶囊辅助化疗对恶性卵巢肿瘤术后患者的疗效明显,改善患者的血液流变学水平可能与其疗效有关。Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound mylabris capsules for patients with malignant ovarian tumor treated with postoperative chemotherapy and the influence on hemorheology.Methods 90 patients with malignant ovarian tumor were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 45 cases.The control group were treated with routine chemotherapy after the operation.Based on the control group,the observation group was orally given compound mylabris capsules 1 day after chemotherapy,3 grains/time and bid,and for another 1 week after chemotherapy.Serum levels of E2 and FSH and occurrence rate of adverse reactions were compared in both groups.Hemorheology level was measured in both groups.Results After treatment,serum level of FSH in the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P 0.01）.Occurrence rate of aleucocytosis,liver and kidney function damage,gastrointestinal reaction,and neurovirulence in the observation group was remarkably lower than the control group（P 0.05）.1 week after chemotherapy,plasma viscosity and high and middle and low shear of whole blood in the observation group were evidently lower than those of the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Efficacy of compound mylabris capsules for patients with malignant ovarian tumor treated with postoperative chemotherapy is obvious,and may be relevant to improve hemorheology.
