创业导向、前瞻型环境战略与企业绩效关系研究

摘　　要：利用207家重污染企业的调研数据,采用层次回归法探讨了创业导向、前瞻型环境战略与企业绩效的关系。研究发现,创业导向对前瞻型环境战略存在显著正向影响;前瞻型环境战略分别对企业财务绩效、环境绩效存在显著正向影响;前瞻型环境战略在创业导向与财务绩效、环境绩效的关系中分别起到部分中介作用;消费者环境关注对创业导向与前瞻型环境战略关系的调节作用不显著。The study uses 207 heavy polluting enterprises, testes the relationship among entrepreneurial orientation, proactive environmental strategy and company performance by hierarchical regression analysis. The result finds that, entrepreneurial orientation have significantly positive effect on the proactive environmental strategy; proactive environmental strategy have significantly positive effect on finance performance, environmental performance; proactive environmental strategy have partial mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and finance performance, environmental performance; customer environmental concerns have not moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and proactive environmental strategy.
