摘 要:建立了价值较高、需求频率较低、有固定保质期的医疗救护物资的两种补货模型,(S-1,S)补货策略和(T,S)补货策略。在低概率、高后果的民航事故分析中,对(T,S)补货策略求解过程采用了枚举法并对比两种补货策略,建议根据物资的稀少性、重要性、贵重性大小采取不同的补货策略。稀少物资可采取较长固定订货周期的(T,S)补货策略、至关重要物资和贵重物资可采取(S-1,S)补货策略,不同补货策略的混合使用不仅可以提高灾难防御能力,还可以降低库存成本。Under considering the special background of civil aviation industry, this paper builds two replenishment models for medical supplies with the high - value, low - probability demand and fixed life cycle. Enumeration method is practice and adopted to solve (T, S ) replenishment strategy model for the low - probability and high - consequence of a disaster. Comparing one replenishment strategy with the other one, it advises decision -makers to apply different replenishment strategies according to the scarcity, importance and preciousness of emergency resources. Takes a longer regular ordering cycle (T, S) replenishment strategy for scarce resources, and takes(S- 1, S) replenishment policy for essential and precious resourees. Applying muhiple replenishment strategies can enforce ability to prepare disasters and reduce inventory cost.
