摘 要:在298.15 K时用电导法、表面张力法研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)与胆汁盐类阴离子型表面活性剂脱氧胆酸钠(NaDC)、胆酸钠(NaC)的包结作用。研究表明:NaDC、NaC与β-CD形成包结物,经最小二乘法拟合,在一定的物质的量浓度范围内临界胶束浓度(CMC)随着β-CD浓度的增大呈线性增加关系。用数学方法计算出β-CD与NaDC、NaC形成1∶1型的稳定包结物的包结常数5450 kg/mol,它将对模拟酶催化具有重要的理论。The influence of β-CD as host molecules on micelle concentration(CMC) of the ionic surfactants(as guest molecules) aqueous systems such as sodium cholate(NaC) and sodiumdeoxycholate(NaDC) were investigated by electro-conductance andsurface tension measurements at 298. 15 K. The experimental results showed that the apparent CMC of NaDC and NaC aqueous systems increased linearly with the increasing of β-CD concentration by least squares fitting. By using mathematical to calculation,the inclusion complex(1 ∶1) of β-CD formed by NaDC and NaC was5450 kg/mol. Moreover,association constants and thermodynamic parameters were calculated,it will have an important theory for simulating enzymatic catalysis.
