摘　　要：在饲料中添加南极磷虾产品已经成为南极磷虾资源开发利用的重要方向之一。本文通过对中国专利信息数据进行检索,从无效专利、有效专利及审中专利等角度分析南极磷虾产品在水产养殖饲料领域的研究发展趋势,主要特点为:企业成为专利申请主体、受关注的水产养殖种类数量快速上升、中国专利申请人省份或城市分布范围扩大。提出开展饲料中添加南极磷虾粉的专题研究、开展饲料中添加南极磷虾油的专题研究和加强与南极磷虾产业链上游企业的研发合作等对策建议,以期促进南极磷虾产品在水产养殖业中得到更为广泛深入的应用。The addition of Antarctic krill products to feed has become an important direction for the development and utilization of Antarctic krill resources. This paper analyzes the development trend of Antarctic krill products in the field of aquaculture feed from the aspects of invalid patent,protected patent and the patent under review. The features are as follows： enterprises becoming the major subject of patent applicants,the rapid increasing number of aquaculture species concerned,the expanded scope of provinces or cities of Chinese patent applicants. The paper puts forward some suggestions of carrying out the study theme on the addition of Antarctic krill powder and Antarctic krill oil in feed,strengthening R D cooperation with the upstream business of Antarctic krill industry chain,so as to promote Antarctic krill products in the aquaculture industry to get more extensive and in-depth application.
