GPR30、ERα与cyclin D1在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的:探讨G蛋白偶联受体30(GPR30)、雌激素受体(ER)α与细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclin D1)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组织中的表达。方法:收集76例PTC病人术后石蜡病理标本,采用免疫组织化学S-P染色法检测PTC中GPR30、ERα、cyclin D1的表达水平,分析其阳性表达率相互之间的差异及其与病人临床资料及病理特征的关系。结果:GRP30、ERα、cyclin D1阳性表达率分别为67.1%、76.3%、78.9%,癌旁正常组织未见表达。有淋巴结转移病人GRP30、cyclin D1表达率均高于无转移者(P<0.05和P<0.01),二者与病人年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、MACIS评分均无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。ERα表达率女性病人高于男性(P<0.01),肿瘤直径≥2 cm病人高于<2 cm病人(P<0.01),而与病人年龄、淋巴结转移、MACIS评分无关(P>0.05)。PTC中GPR30、ERα、cyclin D1两两之间表达均呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:GPR30、ERα与雌激素结合后共同影响PTC的发生发展,可能成为潜在的临床诊疗靶点。ObjectiveTo explore the expressions and correlations of G-protein coupled receptor 30 （GPR30）,estrogen receptor α（ERα） and cyclin D1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC） tissues. Methods：The expression levels of GPR30,ERα and cyclin D1 in76 PTC samples were detected using immunohistochemical S-P method. The differences of the positive expression rates of GPR30,ERαand cyclin D1,and correlations of GPR30,ERα and cyclin D1 with pathological features were analyzed. Results：The positive expressionrates of GPR30,ERα and cyclin D1 in PTC tissues were 67. 1%,76. 3% and 78. 9%,respectively,and the expressions of GPR30,ERαand cyclin D1 in normal thyroid tissues around cancer were not found. The positive expression rates of GPR30 and cyclin D1 in patientswith lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients without metastasis（P 〈 0. 05 and P 〈 0. 01）,which was not related to theage and gender of patients,and size and MACIS score of tumor. The expression rate of ERα in female patients was higher than that inmale（P 〈 0. 01）,and which in patients with tumor diameter ≥2 cm or 〈 2 cm was not related to the age of patients,lymph nodemetastasis and MACIS score of tumor（P 〉 0. 05）. The expressions of GPR30,ERα and cyclin D1 between any two in PTC tissues waspositively correlated（P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusions：The GPR30 and ERα combined with estrogen can affect the occurrence and developmentof PTC,which can be set as the potential targets of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
