摘  要:目的通过对帕金森氏病患者及健康志愿者的头颅磁共振扩散张量成像进行定量分析,探讨各感兴趣区ADC值及FA值的变化与帕金森病的关系。方法应用3.0T MR机对31例帕金森氏病患者及37例健康志愿者进行磁共振扩散张量成像,同时测量并比较基底节区、红核区及黑质区的ADC值及FA值,并进行统计分析。结果帕金森氏病患者黑质区的ADC值显著高于健康志愿者(P<0.05),在基底节区及红核区均高于健康志愿者,但无统计学意义;帕金森氏病患者基底节区的FA值显著低于健康志愿者(P<0.05),在红核区及黑质区均低于健康志愿者,但无统计学意义。结论磁共振扩散张量成像可作为协助诊断帕金森氏病的一种方式。Objective To explore the relationship between the changes of ADC value and FA value in the regions of interest and Parkinson's disease by quantitative analysis of the brain magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging of patients with Parkinson's disease and healthy volunteers. Methods Thirty-one Parkinson's patients and 37 healthy volunteers were examined by magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging using 3. 0 T MR. ADC value and FA value in basal ganglia region,the red nucleus and substantia nigra were measured and compared at the same time. The acquired data were statistically analysed. Results The ADC value of the substantia nigra in the patients with Parkinson's disease was significantly higher than healthy volunteers( P 〈0. 05). The ADC value in the basal ganglia and red nucleus area in the patients was higher than those in the healthy volunteers,but there was no statistical significance between the groups. FA value of the basal ganglia region in the patients was significantly lower than that of healthy volunteers( P 〈0. 05). FA value in the red nucleus and substantia nigra area was lower than that of healthy volunteers,but there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging is an effective way for the assisted diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.
