摘  要:冻融离心模型试验装置的研发在国内尚处于起步阶段。装置根据半导体单元材料的Peltier效应(帕尔贴效应)设计了安装于双层结构冻融模型箱的热交换系统,实现了离心场下的冻融温变模拟。针对离心机设备无外接冷却水的问题,采用在离心机转臂上设置了由水箱、水泵和风冷散热器组成的自循环水冷却系统,利用离心机旋转时转臂与周围空气速度差产生的高速气流带走自循环水的热量,实现了无外接水源情况下的冻融离心试验。冻融离心试验结果表明,该试验装置满足试验需求。The developing of the frost heave and thaw settlement test equipment is still in the starting peri-od at home yet. Based on the Peltier Effect of semiconductor material,the paper designed a heat exchang-ing system which was installed in a two-layer frost heave and thaw settlement sample box and achievedthe goal for frost heave and thaw settlement temperature changing. And also designed is the self-circulatingwater cooling system built up with water box,pump and wind cooling heat radiator for the lack of groundsupported cooling water in the centrifuge,which cooled the self-circulating water by the wind velocity differ-ence of the revolving centrifuge arm with the environment and achieved the frost heave and thaw settlementcentrifuge test without ground supported water. The frost heave and thaw settlement centrifuge test resultshow that the equipment can meet the test requirements.
