摘  要:沙发冲浪是目前新兴的旅游方式,交往是其基本的内容构成和显著标签。以网站文本资料为研究对象,运用扎根理论研究方法构建基于沙发客与沙主的旅游地主客交往理论框架,包括4个层面、16个维度,丰富了相关旅游理论知识体系。研究表明:作为网络时代的产物,沙发冲浪是比较脆弱的小众旅游方式,交往过程受个体差异和意外状况等影响,能够在相对固定的范围内顺利发展,得益于鲜明的群体特征及约定俗成的交往规则。与传统旅游形式相比,沙发冲浪中的主客交往活动更加频繁和深入,由于关系介质的植入与游览行为的改变,主客交往过程对旅游体验影响较大,积极效应显著。The couchsurfing is a new form of tourism,and the interaction is its basic content and the significant label. Taking the website text data as the research object,the paper constructs the theory frame of host-guest interaction about couchsurfers and hosts by using the grounded theory which includes 4 levels and 16 dimensions and enrichs the tourism theory knowledge system. Research shows that,as a product of the internet age,couchsurfing is a very fragile tourism way of minority,whose communication process is influenced by individual differences and unexpected conditions,and can develop smoothly in the relatively fixed range due to the group characteristics and established rules of association. Compared with the traditional forms of tourism,the host-guest interaction activities from the couchsurfing is more frequent and in-depth,and based on the relationship between medium implantation and tourism behavior change,the communication process has great influences on tourist experience with positive effect.
