教育现代化内涵解读及推进策略研究

摘　　要：近几年有关教育现代化实现路径的研究,在宏观层面重点在理论上探讨了教育现代化的本质与推进思路;在中观层面主要关注对教育现代化推进策略的研究,较为具体地提出了一系列努力的维度与措施;在微观层面集中对教育现代化评价指标体系的构建进行了探讨,为推进教育现代化提供了必要条件。本文在分析教育现代化本质与实践路径的基础上,认为推进教育现代化可以考虑以教育信息化或教育国际化为突破口,转变传统教育思想理念,明确各参与者责任,继续深化教育改革,推进素质教育,不断探索创新教育教学方法以提高人才培养质量,以标准与规范有效推进教育现代化快速健康地发展。In recent years,the research on the path to educational modernization at the macro-level mainly discusses in theory the essence of educational modernization and ideas about promotion;the research about promoting strategies at the meso-level mainly focus on the educational modernization, more specifically,it proposes a series of measures and directions;at the micro-level,it discusses the construction of evaluation index system for educational modernization and provides an important guarantee for promoting the educational modernization. Based on the analysis of the essence and path to the educational modernization,the promotion of educational modernization can take the internationalization of education and education informatization as a breakthrough so as to change the traditional education ideas,clarify responsibility of every participant,and deepen educational reform continually to promote the quality of education.What's more, we constantly explore innovative teaching methods to improve the quality of personnel training, and effectively promote the rapid and healthy development of the educational modernization with standards and specifications.
