摘  要:在常温厌氧好氧环境下,使用实验室规模的SBR强化生物除磷反应器,高度富集了聚磷菌子类PAO Ⅱ,深入研究了高度富集PAO Ⅱ反应器的除磷特性、代谢特征以及污泥特征。结果表明:富集96%PAO Ⅱ的污泥厌氧磷释放与乙酸摄取比为0.25,仅为经典PAO代谢模型中报道值的1/2;污泥为不规则、相对松散、粒径细小的颗粒状;污泥颗粒的刚度为30 m N,Maxwell模型对机械力变化情况拟合较好。试验结果有助于深入研究不同聚磷菌子类的特征及代谢性能,传统PAO代谢模型应针对不同PAO子类进一步修正和完善。A lab-scale sequence batch reactor( SBR) for enhanced biological phosphate removal was implemented to acclimate high enriched PAO Ⅱ culture under anaerobic-aerobic conditions at 20 ℃. The paper studied the performance of phosphate removal and characteristics of metabolic and biomass. The results showed that anaerobic n( P)/n(HAc) of the high enriched PAO Ⅱ culture was 0. 25,and the value was only the half comparing to the value in the typical PAO model. The morphology of the biomass appeared irregular,incompact,and fine granule. The stiffness of sludge granule was 30 mN,and the force-time data at relaxation region was fitted with a generalized Maxwell model. These information would help to further study different kinds of PAO in detail,and put forward to update and improve PAO model according to the different PAO clades.
