摘　　要：肠易激综合征是临床常见的消化系统疾病,以腹痛、腹胀、排便改变和(或)大便性状改变为主要特征,吕美农以中医理论为基础,以辨证论治该病,疗效显著。Irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） is a common digestive disease, characterized by abdominal pain, abdominal distension, changes in bowel movements, and changes in stool traits. LV Meinong is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and treats the disease with syndrome differentiation. The curative effect is remarkable.
