肺癌骨痛中西医结合治疗的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究肺癌骨痛中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院门诊治所诊治的100例肺癌骨痛患者。对照组:对患者实施西药治疗。观察组:对患者实施中西医结合。结果:观察组对此次治疗的有效率是98%比对照组的80%要高,两组对比存在一定差距(P<0.05)。观察组的不良症状发生率是6%低于对照组的28%,两组相比,存在一定差异(P<0.05)。结论:对肺癌骨痛患者中西医治疗效果非常理想,不仅提高治疗有效率,还降低了患者的临床症状,降低疼痛,从而提高患者的生存质量,而且安全可靠,值得推广。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of lung cancer pai^l in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： 100 cases of lung cancer patients in our hospital outpatient treatment of pain treatment. The control group： the patients with western medicine treatment. The observation group： for patients with combination of traditional Chinese and Westena Medicine. Results： the effective rate of the observation group of the treatment is 98% more than 80% of the control group, there is a certai,~ gap between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Symptoms of the incidence of the observation group was 6% lower than that of the control group 28%, compared to the two groups, there are certain differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the patients with lung cancer pain treatment of Chinese and Western effect is very ideal, not only improve The utility model has the advantages that the treatment efficiency, the clinical symptoms of the patients are reduced, the pain is reduced, and the quality of life of the patients is improved, and the utility model is safe and reliable, and is worthy of popularization .
