京津冀协同发展中北京定位对河北省成人高等教育发展的意义

摘　　要：京津冀一体化发展加速,北京新定位为京津冀逐渐形成"良性竞争、互动合作""沿海、中心城市、腹地良性互动"的新局面提供了良好契机,尤其对河北省成人高等教育的发展具有促进作用。河北省要对接北京功能定位,借势发展成人高等教育,要建立成人高等教育的新理念、新形式、新机制和教学质量保障的新体系。With accelerating the development of integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region, the new orientation of Beijing pro- motes beijing-tianjin-hebei region form friendly competition, interactive cooperation, coastal, central city and hinterland benign interac- tion. In particular, the new orientation of Beijing promotes the development of adult higher education in Hebei province. Hebei to butl Beijin functional positioning. It is necessary for Hebei adult higher education to establish a new concept, new form, new mechanism and new system of education guarantee with the development of Beijing adult higher education.
