摘  要:肝纤维化是由多种致病因子所导致,主要特征为细胞外基质合成降解失衡的慢性肝损伤,如果损伤因素长期无法去除,纤维化将会进展为肝硬化甚至肝癌。多种细胞因子以及炎症因子参与肝纤维化的发病机制。随着对其细胞分子基础研究不断深入,对肝纤维的形成机制以及治疗方法有了更多的进展。本文从肝纤维化发生发展机制的研究出发,探讨肝纤维化可能的治疗靶点和方向。Fibrosis is caused by a variety of pathogenic factors,mainly characterized by imbalance of extracellular matrix synthesis and degradation. If the damage factor can not be removed for a long time,fibrosis will progress to liver cirrhosis or even liver cancer.A variety of cytokines and inflammatory factors are involved in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis. Hepatic fibrosis has been a hot topic in research and with the further research of cellular and molecular basis,more progress has been made in the mechanism and treatment of hepatic fibrosis. The mechanism of the development of liver fibrosis was described,and the possible therapeutic targets and directions of liver fibrosis was explored.
