摘  要:笔者使用纸片扩散法测定引起鱼类疾病的肠型点状产气单胞菌和鱼害粘球菌对12种不同抗菌药物的敏感性,以选择出有效药物用于预防和治疗。试验表明,肠型点状产气单胞菌对卡纳霉素、痢特灵、复方新诺明、新霉素、链霉素、氯霉素、庆大霉素、呋喃妥因、诺氟沙星高度敏感;对四环素中度敏感;对红霉素、青霉素耐药。鱼害粘球菌对红霉素、卡纳霉素、痢特灵、复方新诺明、新霉素、链霉素、氯霉素、庆大霉素氯霉素、呋喃妥因、诺氟沙星高度敏感;对四环素中度敏感;对青霉素耐药。In order to choose the effective drugs to prevent and cure the bacterial enteritis caused by Aeromonas punctataf, intestinalis and bacterial gill-rot disease caused by Myxococcus piscicola, Antimicrobial sensitization of A eromonas punctataf, intestinalis and Myxococcus piscicola were determined by Bauer-Kirby method. 12 antibiotics were used. The result shows that A eromonas punctataf. intestinalis is highly supersensitive to Kanamycin, furazolidone, cotrimoxazole, neomycin, streptomycin, chloramphenicol, gentamicin, nitrofurantoin, Norfloxacin, intermediate susceptibility to Tetracycline, and is resistance to Erythromycin, Penicillin. Myxococcus piscicola is highly supersensitive to Erythromycin, kanamycin, furazolidone, cotrimoxazole, neomycin, streptomycin, chloramphenicol, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin, Norfloxacin, intermediate susceptibility to Kanamycin, and is resistance to Penicillin.
