现代休闲体育的特质、发展态势及策略研究

摘　　要：主要采用文献资料法、归纳分析法对现代休闲体育特质及重点发展策略进行研究。结果表明:休闲体育是社会发展到一定阶段的产物,休闲体育具有时尚性、国际性、组织性、和谐性等特质;从新全民健身周期的发展态势来看,国家政策为休闲体育的发展提供了重要保障、闲暇时间的增多为居民参与休闲体育提供了良好的基础条件、经济发展为居民参与休闲体育提供了物质基础。为了更好的促进现代休闲体育的发展,提出了加大国民休闲体育宣传力度,倡导积极向上的休闲健身的生活方式;依据国家政策引导休闲体育的健康发展;建立休闲体育产业生态圈示范基地和加强现代高科技休闲体育人才培养的重点发展策略的建议。旨在实现现代休闲体育的可持续发展,为促进全民健身与全民健康深度融合,推动"健康中国"建设提供理论与实践的服务。By using the methods of literature review and inductive analysis,this paper focused on the characteristics of modern leisure sport and the key development strategies. The results showed that leisure sport is a product of a certain stage of social development; leisure sport has the characteristics of fashion,internationalization,organization,harmony and so on; from the development trend of the new fitness cycle,national policies provide an important guarantee for the development of leisure sport,the increase of leisure time provides a good basic condition for residents to participate in leisure sport,and economic development provides a material basis for residents to participate in leisure sport. In order to better promote the development of modern leisure sport,we proposed to strength the propaganda of national leisure sport,advocate positive life style of leisure and fitness; guide the healthy development of leisure sport according to the national policy; establish demonstration base of leisure sports industry ecosystem and strength the cultivation of modern high tech leisure sports talents. We hoped to realize the sustainable development of modern leisure sport,to provide a theoretical and practical service for promoting deep integration of national fitness and national health,and promoting the construction of Healthy China.
