摘　　要：运用价值流图分析技术,根据实际生产数据统计,针对A公司环网柜产线的生产现状,绘制出价值流图的现状图,从工艺流程、员工操作等方面进行着手,运用精益生产5W1H等方法分析,找出产线问题,提出有用的改进措施。获取改进后的数据,与改进前比较,添加或删减价值流图中的图标项,绘制价值流图未来图。提出了价值流图与精益生产相结合的思想,最终达到了提高生产效率,缩短生产周期的目的。According to the actual production statistics, summed up the production status of A company＇s ring network cabinet production line, according to this plot, draw the status chart of the production line value stream chart. From the process flow, employee operation and other aspects, using the lean production 5 W1 H method analysis, find out the production line problem, and put forward useful improvement measures. Get the improved data, add or subtract the icon items in the value flow graph, to draw the future diagram of the value flow chart. Put forward the idea of combining the value flow chart with lean production, which can improve the production efficiency and shorten the production cycle.
