摘  要:针对PVC皮革印刷压花过程中工艺复杂,张力波动大,干扰因素多等问题,通过电子万能拉伸试验机获得了不同类型PVC皮革的拉伸变形曲线,得到了PVC皮革生产中恒张力的控制依据;并在此基础上建立了PVC皮革印刷压花控制系统的数学模型并进行仿真;运用Z-N法整定PID参数,得到一个较为稳定的控制系统。实验表明,基于PVC皮革印刷压花中恒张力控制范围依据,文中提出了一种恒张力的控制策略,使最终得到的控制系统各方面性能都有所提高,优化改善了PVC皮革印刷压花线的生产工艺。The printing and embossing process of PVC leather is complex and not stable enough because of the large tension fluctuation and many disturbing factors during printing.Firstly,the tensile-elongation curves of different types of PVC leather were obtained by Electro-Mechanical Universal Testing Machine,which provided the basis of constant tension of control system.Based on the basis,the mathematical model of the control system of printing embossed was established and simulated.Then,the Z-N method was used to tune the PID parameters,and a more stable control system was obtained in the end.The results showed that,based on the basis of constant tension,the control strategy of constant tension was put forward and the performance of the control system was improved,which has optimized the process of PVC printing and embossing line.
