创新产业的空间网络与创新链——以中关村科技园区为例

摘　　要：创新组织是产业链条和空间区位相结合的双重组织过程。中关村作为我国标志性的创新发源地,目前已形成了一区十六园,覆盖了北京市所有城区,且各园区产业都成为当地经济的主要增长点。本文采用社会网络分析方法,分析中关村各园区创新产业之间的空间关联,发现创新产业链条的空间组织方式,为解决产业链与创新链之间的缺口问题提供依据。结论认为,中关村十大产业通过空间组织保持着十分紧密的联系,产业之间形成了互补和相互促进的关系;尤其是十大产业的联系呈现扁平组织特点,较好地将创新链与空间有机结合,实现了创新链与聚集创新的双重推动。其中,环境保护产业的创新链较为完整,创新链和空间较为匹配;但电子和信息产业,中关村各园区在该行业的空间分布较为集中,其创新链和产业链匹配程度较低,一些环节的发展存在短板。Innovation organization is a dual organization process generated by combination of industrial chain and space location. As Chinese symbolic birthplace of innovation, Zhongguancun has developed into one park and sixteen zones and covered all districts of Beijing; the industries in each zone have become the major growth point of the local economy. This paper, through social network analysis, analyzes the spatial correlation between innovation industries in each zone of Zhongguancnn Park, finds out the space organization forms of innovation industry chain, and provide basis to cover the gap between industry chain and innovation chain. For the purpose of this paper, it states that the ten major industries in Zhongguancun Park keep a very close correlation via spatial organization, and form a complementary and mutual promoted relationship; especially, the flat organization among the ten major industries, which combines the innovation chain and space systematically and realizes double drives of innovation chain and aggregated innovation. Among them, the innovation chain of the environmental protection industry is relatively complete and well matches with the space; however, the spatial distribution of electronic and information industry in zones of Zhongguancun Park is concentrated, and with a not good between innovation chain and industry chain and weakness in development of certain process.
