摘　　要：泌尿系结石是泌尿外科最常见的疾病之一，临床上和实验室里根据不同的研究类型采用不同的动物模型研究结石形成机制与治疗效果。目前常用于研究泌尿系结石的动物模型有大鼠模型、小鼠模型、果蝇模型以及其他哺乳动物（如猪）模型。本文就泌尿系结石研究里国内外使用的实验动物模型进行简要介绍。Urolithiasis is one of the most common urology diseases. According to diverse study aims, different animal models were used to illuminate stone formation mechanisms and therapeutic effects. Rat models, mice models, drosophila melanogaster models and other big mammal models such as swine models of urinary calculi were widely ap- plied. In this review, we aimed to introduce some common animal models applied for studying urinary calculi.
