摘  要:胶质瘤是源于神经上皮细胞的中枢神经系统原发肿瘤,具有无限制增殖及向周边正常脑组织广泛侵袭的特点。异常表达的血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)及其膜受体(PDGFR)激活下游信号通路,影响人脑胶质瘤发生发展,但分子机制仍不清楚。PDGF、PDGFR在胚胎发育,细胞分化发挥着重要的作用。PDGF诱导胶质瘤动物模型为研究PDGF信号通路在胶质瘤发生发展中提供了重要的研究手段。现综述血小板衍生生长因子及其受体在胶质瘤发生发展中的作用。Gliomas are primary tumor originated from the gila] cells of the central nervous system, with the characteristics of unrestricted proliferation and widespread invasion to the surrounding normal brain tissue. The aberrant expression of the platelet- derived growth factor (PDGF) and its membrane receptor (PDGFR) activates the down- stream signaling pathway, which affects the development of human glioma, but the molecular mechanisms remain un- clear. PDGF and PDGFR play an important role in embryonic development and cell differentiation. PDGF - induced glioma animal mode] provides an important research method for the study of PDGF signaling pathway in the development of glioma. This article reviews the role of platelet - derived growth factor and its receptor in the development of glioma.
