摘 要:为研究来自不同地区的野生西藏巨柏的遗传多样性,利用ISSR技术对39株西藏巨柏的遗传关系进行分析。结果表明:利用2个最适引物共扩增出289条条带,遗传多样性较高,多态位百分点为96.16%,有效等位基因数为1.76,观测等位基因数为1.96,Shannon多样性指数为0.60,种群总基因多样性为0.44,种群内基因多样性为0.41,基因流为7.33。可见巨柏个体间存在明显基因流动。本研究对巨柏种群保存和进化研究有重要意义。To study the genetic diversity of the wild Cupressus gigantea species in Tibet, 39 samples were analyzed by ISSR molecular marker technology. 289 bands were amplified by two suitable primers. The number of polymorphic alleles was 96.16%, the number of effective alleles was 1.76, the observed allele number was 1.96, Shannon diversity index I was 0.60, the total population diversity was 0.44, diversity Hs was 0.41 and gene flow was 7.33. These results showed that there was significant gene flow between populations. This study is meaning for the conservation and evolution of Cupressus gigantean.
