疏风活血方对糖尿病肾病肾血流参数及相关因素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏风活血方对糖尿病肾病肾血流参数变化,蛋白尿及血压的改善作用。方法:选取西安市第九医院内分泌科糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者60例,治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组在常规降糖基础上,给予厄贝沙坦150mg每日降压治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用疏风活血方。结果:治疗组较对照组治疗前24小时尿蛋白定量无显著差异,治疗组较对照组治疗后,24小时尿蛋白定量明显减少(P<0.01)。治疗前两组段动脉与叶间动脉收缩期最大流速及舒张末期流速无统计学差异,治疗后治疗组段动脉、叶间动脉收缩期最大流速及舒张末期流速均明显增加,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),两组治疗前后阻力指数有明显差异。结论:疏风活血方能明显降低糖尿病肾病尿蛋白,这可能与该方能显著改善肾血流参数变化有关。Objective:To observe Shufeng Huoxue prescription on diabetic nephropathy renal blood flow parameters change,the improvement of proteinuria and blood pressure.Methods:60 patients with endocrinology Ⅳstage of diabetic nephropathy from Xi'an ninth hospital were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.Control group on the basis of routine hypoglycemic,give irbesarta 150 mg daily treatment,the treatment group on the basis of this combined with Shufeng Huoxue prescription.Results:There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group about 24 hours urinary protein quantitative before treatment.24 hours urinary protein of the treatment group quantitative decreased significantly than the control group after treatment(P<0.01).Two groups before treatment between the leaf and artery systolic maximum velocity and the end-diastolic velocity of no significant difference,the treatment group after treatment period,leaf between artery systolic maximum velocity and the end-diastolic velocity were significantly increased,compared with the control group with significant difference(P<0.01),resistance index of two groups before and after treatment have obvious difference.Conclusion:Shufeng Huoxue can obviously reduce diabetic nephropathy urine protein,this may be related to which can significantly improve renal blood flow parameters change.
