摘  要:目的探讨希望理论在对精神科新护士焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取2014年7月—2016年6月精神科新入职护士37名,根据入科时间顺序分为对照组(n=19)和观察组(n=18)。对照组护士均接受规范化培训,包括常规岗前培训、理论知识和操作技能等,观察组在对照组基础上,将希望理论融入培训过程中。分别于入职时、入职后3个月、6个月、12个月,观察2组新护士焦虑自评量表(SAS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分变化。结果入职时2组SAS、SCL-90评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。入职3个月、6个月、12个月时,观察组护士SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。入职后12个月,观察组护士SCL-90量表中躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑症状因子评分低于对照组护士(P<0.05)。结论将希望理论应用于精神科新入职护士培训中,可以减轻这一群体的焦虑情绪,促进其心理健康。Objective To investigate the influence of Hope Theory intervention on anxious symptoms of new recruited psychiatric nurses. Methods Totally 37 new recruited psychiatric nurses between July,2014 and July,2016 were assigned to the control group( n = 19) and the observation group( n = 18). Nurses in both two groups received standardized training including pre-job training,theoretical knowledge and operation skill. The training and education intervention based on Hope Theory was performed in the observation group additionally. The anxious symptom of nurses was assessed by self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) and symptom checklist( SCL-90).Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SCL-90 between two groups at the beginning of training( P > 0. 05). Nurses in the observation group had a lower score of SAS compared with those in the control group at 3,6 and 12 months training( P < 0. 05). After 12 months' training,nurses in the observation group had a lower score in assessment of somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression and anxiety factor compared with those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Application of Hope Theory-based intervention in nursing standardized training can relieve the anxious symptoms of new recruited psychiatric nurses,and to improve their mental health.
