摘 要:针对现有钢轨打磨策略存在打磨结果不可控和依赖人为经验设定打磨参数的缺点,提出基于钢轨实测廓形的智能打磨策略。首先根据实测的钢轨廓形确定钢轨的目标廓形,然后根据实测廓形与目标廓形的差异得到终止打磨的阈值;基于三角形面积法和钢轨打磨车单个砂轮的作业能力,计算打磨车的作业速度和功率;定位实测廓形与目标廓形之间差值最大的点,计算打磨该点时砂轮所需的偏转角度,进而再计算单个砂轮以固定功率打磨实测廓形之后得到的新廓形;将新廓形与目标廓形比较,定位新廓形和目标廓形之间差值最大的点,若该点的差值小于阈值则终止打磨,否则继续重复上述过程,直到打磨后得到的新廓形与目标廓形的最大差值小于阈值;从而得到将实测廓形打磨成目标廓形所需的每个打磨砂轮的偏转角度,并形成打磨方案。试验验证了基于钢轨实测廓形的智能打磨策略的有效性。The existing rail grinding strategy has such problems as uncontrollable grinding results and depending too much on human experiences for setting grinding parameters.An intelligent grinding strategy based on rail measured profile is proposed.Firstly,the target rail profile is determined according to rail measured profile.Then,the threshold of the finished grinding is obtained according to the difference between the measured profile and target profile.The working speed and power of grinding car are calculated based on triangular area method and the work capacity of single grinding wheel.The point where the difference between the measured profile and target profile is the maximum is located.The deflection angle of grinding wheel needed for grinding the point is calculated,and then a new profile is obtained after grinding the measured profile by single grinding wheel with fixed power.The new profile is compared with target profile,and the point where the difference between the new profile and target profile is the maximum is located.If the maximum difference of the point is less than the threshold,the grinding is stopped.Otherwise the above process is repeated until the maximum difference between the new profile and the target profile is less than the threshold.Accordingly,the deflection angle of each grinding wheel needed for grinding the measured profile to the target profile is obtained and the grinding scheme is formed.The effectiveness of the intelligent grinding strategy based on the measured profile of rail is verified by experiment.
