摘　　要：地方高校图书馆作为文化参与和终身学习服务中心,要积极参与创建特色小镇,发挥其资源、技术、人才优势和地理优势。成立特色小镇帮创小组;面向特色小镇群众开放图书馆;挖掘相关特色文化,传承传统文化;为特色小镇及群众搭建各种平台;为特色小镇建设培育各类人才。As a service center of cultural participation and lifelong learning, the local university library should actively participate in the construction of featured towns by giving full play to its resources, technology, talents and geographical advantages. This can be achieved by establishing groups that help building featured towns, opening the library to people in towns, excavating related characteristic culture and inheriting traditional culture, building various platforms for featured towns and people, and cultivating all kinds of talents for the towns.
