摘 要:独角兽企业的出现是信息技术进步和创新全球化的产物。独角兽企业的空间分布高度集中,其富集程度已经成为衡量区域创新生态发育程度的重要表征。本文在考察2016年中国独角兽企业空间分布特征的基础上,选择独角兽企业选址的影响因素,构建指标体系,对35个样本城市进行了实证研究,结果显示,新经济发展水平和高素质人口规模是独角兽企业的区位影响因子,能够将这两个因子有机结合的城市是孕育独角兽的最佳区位。杭州的个案则表明,平台型企业是产生独角兽的加速器。地方政府应从促进新经济发展与当地高等教育体系有机结合角度,培育有利于独角兽企业成长的城市创新生态系统。The emergence of unicorn companies is the product of informationtechnology and innovation globalization. The spatial distribution of unicorncompanies is highly concentrated, and the degree of their enrichment has be-come an important symbol to measure the development of regional innovation e-cosystem. This paper first examines the spatial distribution characteristicsof Chinese unicorn companies in 2016.The influencing factors of unicorn compa-ny location are selected, and the index system is constructed. The empiricalstudy was conducted in 35 sample cities. The results show that the level ofnew economic development and the quality of population are the location fac-tors of unicorn companies, and the city that can combine these two factors isthe best location for unicorn breeding. The case in Hangzhou shows that plat-form enterprises are accelerators for unicorns. Local governments should pro-mote the organic combination of the development of the new economy and the im-provement of local higher education system , so as to cultivate the city inno-vation ecological system which is beneficial to the growth of unicorn compa-nies.
